Can I come to your store and pick up my order?  No, we don’t have a store.  Also, customers are not allowed inside our facility due to OH&S and insurance requirements.

* Online Ordering Only.  You will receive an email with a tracking number. Plus by ordering online you can ensure all your delivery details etc are correct. ALL ITEMS are in stock on this site.  If an item becomes out of stock you will see an advisory on this site and approximate date of new stock arrival.  We do not accept purchase orders from schools etc.

DESPATCH  We will normally despatch your order within 48 hours, excluding holidays and weekends.  WE DO NOT SHIP EXPRESS / OVERNIGHT / URGENT under any circumstances.  Order early before your event.   

We DO NOT SHIP to PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers - Please supply suitable daytime street address where a signature upon delivery can be obtained. If you will be unavailable during business hours, please consider having your order sent to a work address, neighbour or relative.

If you wish to have our courier leave the parcel in a secure location  please authorise an AUTHORITY TO LEAVE upon checkout.  Neither Geelong Fireworks or our couriers accept liability for items shipped with an Authority To Leave - ATL.

TRACKING & RECEIPT   Your Delivery Notification will be forwarded to you via email with the appropriate Carrier & Tracking Number. This is generated on receipt of your order.  Please check your junk mail folder if you have not received it. You will be able to track your order on the couriers website.

IN-TRANSIT  Once a shipment leaves us it is in the hands of the shipping company. Very occasionally, and sometimes out of the control of anyone, shipments may get delayed. Geelong Fireworks accepts no responsibility for these delays and the impact they may have. We are always happy to assist you in finding out when your shipment will arrive, though you understand that once a parcel leaves us it is out of our control.

Shipping Costs:

If you order at a incorrect shipping rate we will contact you to pay the difference or cancel your order.  If we do not hear back from you in 7 days we will cancel and refund your order.  You may contact us for a shipping quote, by advising your suburb AND postcode.

Delivery times are as supplied by our couriers and are from when your order is collected from us. We are not responsible for delays in your shipment. ORDER EARLY!

VICTORIA: Geelong,  Melb & Suburbs, Colac, Bendigo, Shepparton, Ballarat, Echuca, Wodonga, $10.00  2 days.  Horsham, Stawell, Ararat, W/bool, Portland, Hamilton $20.00 2-4 days.  All other Vic $25.00  2-4 days

NSW:  Sydney & Suburbs, Tamworth, Orange, Canberra, Wagga Wagga, Yarrawonga, Central Coast, Newcastle, Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour, Northern Rivers (and surrounding areas) $10.00 2-3 days.  All other NSW $30.00 4 - 7 days*

QLD:  Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Maryborough, Bundaberg, Gladstone, Rockhampton, Mackay Townsville, Cairns $10.00  3-5 days.  Outside these areas $30.00 7-10 days*

SA:  Adelaide & Suburbs  $10.00 2 days.   All other SA $30.00 4-7 days*

TAS:  Launceston, Hobart and surrounding suburbs $10.00  3 days  All other Tas $30.00 4-7 days*

WA:  Perth and surrounding suburbs: $10.00 7 days  All other WA and NT : $35.00 allow 10-14 days for delivery*

*Extremely remote areas may incur extra charges or be outside our courier's delivery area. We will contract you if this is the  case.
