Lancework is the traditional method of drawing or writing with fire using special coloured fountains known as lances mounted onto a frame to represent outlines, text or shapes as points of light. Lancework is excellent for creating graphic effects and text, where a range of colours are required. In addition, lancework can include a range of pyrotechnic effects to further add to the visual impact of the piece.
