For OUTDOOR DISPLAYS please allow at least 45 days before your event to inspect your site and submit all relevant documentation to the required authorities. We may be able to conduct your show under that time frame outside of our peak season (Peak: Oct-March) or depending where you want your display - please contact us. For displays on or near water - beach, rivers, subject to Parks Victoria requirements, a minimum of 12 WEEKS is required.
However, please give us as much time as possible to work with you and develop your display.
For INDOOR DISPLAYS, again, please give us time to plan, especially for wedding bookings Sept - March.
A MINIMUM of 14 days is required.
We communicate with you, our client, at all times to keep you informed of where we are at with regards to your display.
On the day all operators are easily identifiable, we have all necessary fire fighting equipment with us, and ensure all safety distances as specified are strictly adhered to, and where possible increase these distances.
We clean up quickly, quietly and leave you to continue your function.
DO YOU GIVE DISCOUNTS FOR CHARITY EVENTS?
We often get asked for charity discounts , but in order for us to keep our prices as low as possible for all clients, we don’t leave any “wiggle room” to give further discounts and retain the quality of our work.

Orders are packed and shipped same or next day.
Should you cancel an order and it has not left our warehouse there is a 10% restocking fee + actual freight cost (this may be greater than the $15.00 we nominally charge for freight) freight will NOT be refunded as we will have used our freight companies satchels/labels which cannot be re-used. Confetti cannon orders cannot be cancelled - they are produced within minutes of receiving your order.
If your order has left and you i) cancel your order, ii) refuse delivery or iii) due to circumstance beyond our control our courier is unable to deliver, and your order is returned to us, we will i) reship the order, once the full freight fee is payed (this may be greater than the $15.00 we nominally charge for freight or ii) if you no longer want the order we will refund less: the initial freight cost IN FULL (which may be greater than the $15.00 we nominally charge for freight) + any other chargers levied by our freight company + a 20 % restocking fee.
