For OUTDOOR DISPLAYS please allow at least 45 days MINIMUM before your event to inspect your site and submit all relevant documentation to the required authorities. For displays on water please allow at least 60 days for assessment, paperwork to authorities, etc.
However, please give us as much time as possible to work with you and develop your display.
For INDOOR DISPLAYS, again, please give us time to plan, especially for wedding bookings Sept - March.
A MINIMUM of 10 days is required.
We communicate with you, our client, at all times to keep you informed of where we are at with regards to your display.
On the day all operators are easily identifiable, we have all necessary fire fighting equipment with us, and ensure all safety distances as specified are strictly adhered to, and where possible increase these distances.
We clean up quickly, quietly and leave you to continue your function.
