Pyrotechnician Training Course
Our course is considered THE course to do to gain your licence.
We have had students from:
VIctoria, SA, WA, NSW and the USA!
Steve Lawrence, Director, Geelong Fireworks and course attendees.
You will learn all aspects of what it takes to discharge Theatrical, Chinese Firecrackers, Ground Display (fountains, lance work, and cakes from 12 to 400 shots) and Aerial Shells.
From definitions of fireworks, to transport, storage, set up for both manual and electrical ignition, site planning, Work safe, CFA, MMFB requirements, Council notifications etc.
An extensive 250+ page manual (bound) is provided for every student, both for the course and future reference.
The course (The Use of Pyrotechnics) is an approved WorkSafe Victoria Training Course, Approval Number P07/02 and is conducted by Steve Lawrence who is also a WorkSafe approved Course Assessor (Approval Number P07/02/01).
