Delivery Ordering Information & Terms, Conditions.

WE SUPPLY AUSTRALIA ONLY. We do not ship outside  Australia.


STANDARD DELIVERY TIMES  (Covid has changed the landscape with regarding to shipping times. More and more people are shopping online, placing high demand on courier companies, we therefore HIGHLY recommend you allow 7 days for deliveries to major centres)

All areas, apart from NT and remote areas of other states, allow a minimum 7 days from when your order leaves us. Your order may get there in a shorter time eg 2-3 days, but please allow 7 for City/Suburbs. Perth minimum 10 days.  We aim to get your order out the door within 48 hours (excluding weekends and Victorian holidays). Deliveries to remote areas of  SA, WA, QLD, and all NT – a MINIMUM of 2 weeks.
Due to the nature of our products they MUST GO BY ROAD TRANSPORT.

Estimated delivery time must NOT be considered as guarantee of delivery. 



Please be aware that during the COVID-19 pandemic, some customers have reported that their packages are taking longer than normal to arrive.   These are unusual times. Please be aware we are unable to rush the couriers.  Also, couriers are unable to “call ahead” when delivering.

Due to our systems, safety and stock control procedures and insurance requirements, we
DO NOT allow for order pick-up under any circumstances, this includes your
courier service.



Metro and Inner Regional areas of Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania,  Perth and outer Suburbs: $15.00 (Orders over $150.00 are freight free). 

Outer Regional and Remote  areas of  NSW, QLD, SA, TAS, WA  and all NT : $35.00  No free freight to those areas. Country/Remote areas may be subject to on-forwarding courier services.

Your freight charge is automatically calculated at checkout.


We are unable to process phone orders. You will receive an email with a tracking number via our courier partners. By ordering online you can ensure all your delivery details etc are correct. We do not accept Purchase Orders from companies/schools etc. Please use your school/company credit card.

However, please contact us if you have any questions about products you wish to order.


We will normally dispatch your order within 48 hrs, excluding holidays and weekends. This time may be extended during peak periods. Orders ship VIA COURIER. We DO NOT SHIP to PO Boxes or Parcel Collect/Lockers etc. Please supply a suitable daytime street address where a signature upon delivery can be obtained. If you will be unavailable during business hours, please consider having your order sent to a work address, neighbour or relative. If you are not home to receive your order and have not requested Authority to Leave (ATL), the courier will leave a card (please also check your letterbox for card), to arrange re-delivery.


You expressly acknowledge that the courier is a third-party delivery service. We do not control how they provide their services nor their delivery timeframes. However, we will use reasonable efforts to ensure that goods are delivered within a reasonable period of time. 

All  dispatch and delivery dates specified on our Website and in any correspondence are estimates only. This means that we will not be responsible if Goods are delivered outside those times and we will not be liable for the consequences of any delay, including, but not limited to gender reveal parties and other date specific events.

There is no guarantee of a delivery date or delivery time for any order placed. This is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law for supply and transport of ordered goods via a 3rd party carrier. Geelong Fireworks is not liable or responsible for any losses therefore we do not refund for late deliveries.  ]

Placing a last minute order is entirely your choice and is made at your discretion with the information and full disclosure we provide.

Please contact us via EMAIL if your expected delivery date has passed 2 days. Please provide your name, address and order number

Unforeseen events that cause freight and transport delays are not and cannot be insured against and are not refundable. This is in accordance with Australian consumer law. 

No refunds are given for lost deliveries unless under exceptional circumstances are found after a thorough investigation by the freight company, for example, freight company error. If your order has not arrived by the estimated date of delivery, you must contact us right away, within 2  business days after the estimated delivery day.  By not contacting us you significantly reduce the options available to you to rectify any issues or delays that could have occurred with the item.

IF your order appears to be LOST we will lodge a search with our Courier Partners.  If indeed your order has been lost, we will lodge an insurance claim on your behalf and, once paid to us, we will refund in full to you.  This process (insurance claim) can take a few weeks.  We will not refund or replace items until we receive a refund from our Courier Partners – unless they deny claim by showing proof of delivery, in such case Geelong Fireworks will not issue a refund.


By requesting Authority to Leave (ATL) at the checkout page on the website, the courier will leave your parcel at your unattended premises in accordance with your instructions.

You agree that the parcel is deemed received when left at your premises as shown by the delivery agent’s tracking.

Geelong Fireworks and the couriers associated with the delivery, do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from this Authority to Leave delivery method. You agree to release Geelong Fireworks from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of this Authority to Leave.

At checkout you have the following delivery options:
ATL (Authority To Leave), Standard, Signature Required.

Cancelled Orders, Unsuccessful Delivery, Product Returns 

Submitting an order online is making a contract to purchase those items. If you choose to cancel your order after it has gone to processing,  $20  or 15% of order value, whichever is greater, restocking fee will be charged plus any shipping fees if we are unable to cancel. Orders can be processed within minutes of ordering. If goods are damaged on return, the damaged items cost will not be refunded. If after multiple attempts the courier has been unable to complete delivery to you and is returned to us, you have the option of having your order reshipped after paying the freight charge again, or we will refund the original order amount, less the initial shipping charge plus  $20.00 or 15% of order value, whichever is greater. Refused delivery…no refunds.


Change of mind – no refund. We will replace faulty merchandise (as long as product has not been tampered with or abused) with the same product but we cannot offer cash or credit refunds.

Magic Tricks, Flash Products. Illusions.  Like any other providers of tricks/props in the world, there are no refunds. Please be careful in choosing your item, as the value of any magic effect lies with its working and secret.

Sparklers, Smoke Emitters, Flash Paper Products,  Confetti Cannons. Due to the nature of these products we need to insure the integrity of the product, ie. not kept in damp conditions, crushed etc. We are sure you would not like to buy a less than perfect product.  NOTE THAT: Confetti Cannons take a bit of effort to twist the tube.

CD’s, DVD’s, Books and Downloadable products. No refunds as these can be easily copied. Faulty DVD’s will be replaced on receipt of faulty disc in cover etc. with the SAME DVD.

Actor Cigarettes, Cigars  etc  Which possibly could have been used in the mouth, even if in original wrapping – no returns.

Air Squib Systems  Sorry, but ensure they are right for the job ….talk to us…and practise. We have had these used in films etc, returned as “no good” then seen them work perfectly in the final production! They have been used worldwide in major productions.

You delivered such exceptional, quality service, and made great judgment in supplying two fog machines! The entrance was amazing, but what stole my heart was the first dance!

What amazing photo opportunities you created, I’ve attached some just to show how blown away we were by the photos that turned out as a result of the Sparkular machines and the fog!
